Group discount
To qualify for the group discount, all participants must register at the same time and pay with one check or credit card. To add an attendee to your registered group, call 866-335-9777 or 604-734-4466.

Dress code
Conference dress is casual. For comfort, bring walking shoes and a sweater or jacket, as meeting rooms are air-conditioned.

Waivers
To attend the ICAA Conference and Expo, you must complete waivers for liability, privacy, and communication, as well as consent for the use of your image (voice, photo, video, etc.) in promotional and educational materials. These are included in the registration form.

To pay by check after October 30, 2026, indicate this method on your registration form and fax a copy of the check to 604-708-4464 or email it to info@icaa.cc. Payment must be received before or at the event for registration to remain valid.

Cancellation and substitution policies
To cancel your registration and request a refund, you must submit a written request to info@icaa.cc. A per-person administrative fee applies to all refunds.

Before July 29, 2026: Full refund, less $150 administrative fee per person
July 29–August 17, 2026: 50% refund, less $100 administrative fee per person
After August 17, 2026: No cancellations accepted.

Post-deadline cancellations may be considered for extenuating circumstances. Refunds will be processed to the original payer (credit card refunds within 4–6 weeks of request; check refunds within 4–6 weeks after the event).

Substitutions may be made up until October 30 at no additional charge. Requests must be made in writing to info@icaa.cc. If you do not receive confirmation within two weeks, please contact ICAA at 866-335-9777.
