Starting at $229 per night, plus $20 resort fee (Reg. $45) and applicable taxes
All rates are in U.S. dollars.
Resort fee includes:
- Daily scheduled shuttle service to: Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs, Universal Studios
- Daily enhanced wireless internet in guest room
- One-time welcome resort beverage. Resort beverage, two coupons per room, per stay (to include a selection of spirits, wine, beer or soft drinks)
- Daily basic wireless internet in convention & meeting space
Reservations
ICAA Conference and Expo 2026 booking link.
A deposit equal to one night’s stay (plus tax) is required to guarantee your booking. This deposit is refundable if you cancel at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your arrival date. ICAA group rates are available three days before event starts (subject to availability).
Cancellations
To avoid penalties, notify the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld of any cancellations at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.
