Resort fee includes daily enhanced wireless internet in guest room, daily basic wireless internet in convention/expo space, scheduled shuttles to attractions, and one-time welcome resort beverage (two coupons per room, per stay).

Reservations

A deposit equal to one night’s stay (plus tax) is required to guarantee your booking. This deposit is refundable if you cancel at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your arrival date. ICAA group rates are available three days before the event starts (subject to availability).

Cancellations

To avoid penalties, notify the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld of any cancellations at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.
