Rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The ICAA room-block cut-off date is October 17, 2026, we encourage you to reserve your room as soon as possible. After the cut-off date, reservations are subject to availability and prevailing rates.

Cancellations
Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld: To avoid penalties, notify the hotel of any cancellations at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Spark by Hilton Orlando near SeaWorld: Individual cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged one night’s room and tax.
